Yes. All prayers and reflections are stored locally on your device. My Prayer Log does not use servers, accounts, analytics, or tracking.

📲 Do I need to create an account?

No. My Prayer Log does not require sign-up or login. You can start using the app immediately.

☁️ Is my data backed up?

My Prayer Log stores all data locally on your device. The app does not provide its own backup or sync feature. Any device-level backup behavior depends on your iOS system settings.

🙏 How do I create a prayer?

Tap the Add Prayer button and write your prayer. You may optionally add a category and priority.

🏷 What categories can I use?

You can organize prayers using categories such as:

  • General
  • Family
  • Health
  • Work
  • Gratitude
  • Spiritual
  • Friend
  • Growth
  • Daily

You can filter prayers by category at any time.

⚖️ What priorities are available?

Each prayer can have a priority:

  • Low
  • Medium
  • High

Setting a priority is optional.

🔍 How do I find a specific prayer?

You can:

  • Search by text
  • Filter by status (Pending, Praying, Answered, Closed)
  • Filter by category or priority
✏️ Can I edit or delete a prayer?

Yes.

  • Open Your Prayers
  • Tap a prayer to view details
  • Use Edit at the top to make changes
  • You can delete a prayer from the list view.
📅 What is the Calendar view?

The Calendar shows prayers you prayed on specific dates. Tap a date to see the prayers associated with that day.

📊 What can I see in Insights?

Insights provide a gentle overview of your prayer activity, including:

  • Prayer streaks
  • Status-based charts
  • Priority-based charts
  • Category focus
  • Prayer time and interaction frequency

You can view insights daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly.

🔔 Does the app send notifications?

No. My Prayer Log does not use notifications or reminders.

👶 Is the app suitable for children?

Yes. Since no data is collected and no external content is used, the app is suitable for general audiences.
